A member of our team welcomes the client at the door of the plane. The identification of the client is done either with a sign bearing the name of the traveller, or – if the customer wishes – in a more discreet and anonymous way with a sign indicating only the name of our company or a pseudonym.

• Escort in « Fast Track » mode through border control, passport control and customs.
• Removal of luggage to the car of the client (3 to 4 items are welcome). In the case of a large number of luggage and in order to take the necessary steps, the client must notify us in advance of the number of bags. Porter service additional cost.
• Accompaniment of the client to the car.

In the unfortunate situation where luggage is delayed or lost by the airline, we assist the client in all the formalities.
