Customers are kindly requested to approach the Al Maha Services Hostess who will be waiting at the aerobridge/aircraft with a personalised name board. Our Al Maha Services Hostess will then assist customers with transit formalities and customs clearance.* Customers will be escorted to the Al Maha Services Transit Lounge to relax and unwind up to 4 hours, until their flight is ready to depart, where they will be accompanied to the boarding gate.
* Al Maha Services will not be responsible for any liabilities from actions resulting from third parties including customs or immigration at Hamad International Airport.
