VIP Standard Operating Procedure
Arrival:
- Greeter will meet the party of aircraft side upon arrival.
- The party will be assisted through Customs primary line entering New Zealand (if applicable)
- The greeter can assist with up to 1 x baggage trolley (approx. 3 large suitcases).
- The party will be escorted through Immigration (if applicable) and out to the chauffeur/delegate or to connecting flight departure.
- A handling report will be provided along with a tax invoice.
Departure:
- Greeter will meet the party kerbside when they arrive at the airport
- VIP group will be assisted to the relevant check in counters and then through to the airline lounge (if applicable)
- Agent will return to the lounge at an agreed time and escort the group through to the appropriate boarding gate.
- A handling report will be provided along with a tax invoice.
WHAT WE REQUIRE PRIOR TO VIP MEET
Names and passport scans of all VIP’s travelling
Flight number / dates of travel/ Class of Travel
Chauffeur/meeting person’s contact details (regardless whether arrival or departure service)
At least 24 hours’ notification for any changes to service requirements (additional charges apply with changes within 24 hours of service)
