To or from your gate, your personal agent will fast track you through the airport.
Pax will be accompanied by an agent from the airport’s entrance or aircraft door, all the way through the immigration process and customs.

Directly from your aircraft gate one of our agents will fast track you through immigration, security and customs formalities into the baggage collection area then into arrivals.
Pear Assist staff will wait for the passenger at the disembarkation arrival entrance / bus drop off point or at the end of the arrivals bridge depending on the flight.
Passenger name will be displayed on an IPad.
The guest will then be escorted through the Airport formalities via dedicated counter / fast track for fast clearance at immigration
