Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)

  • Due to US Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) regulations our international arrival service begins after the passenger(s) have cleared US immigration and customs and have collected their luggage.

    CBP states that no third party is allowed in the secured area of customs, therefore we are not able to meet passengers directly at the arrival gate of an international flight.

     

    Our greeters will be awaiting after the exit of the arrivals hall and escorting passengers to their vehicle/meeting point. 

    *All Customers are requested to inform the passengers about the Service Descriptions at USA airports.

  • Our Domestic Arrival Concierge greeters will:

    • Await at your arrival gate displaying your name sign.
    • Monitor and track your flight for peace of mind.
    • Guide you to baggage claim to reclaim your luggage (Please note our concierge greeters do not handle/carry bags, should you need baggage assistance, a porter will need to be added to the service)
    • Arrange a designated pick up point with your driver to ensure a seamless exit from the airport.

    1. The Greeter will Meet the Passenger(s) at Curb Side or at a designated point of arrival at the airport terminal. 
    2. Our team will Monitor and Track your flight.
    3. The Agent will Assist with the Airline Check in and Baggage Process.
      Note: Our Greeters do not handle/carry bags. Should the passengers need baggage assistance, a porter will have to be added to the service. 
    4. The greeter wil provide assistance through airport security checkpoints, expediting the process only where possible. 
    5. The greeter will guide the passenger to the departure gate.

  • On your Domestic Departure, the concierge greeters will:

    • Meet you curb side or at a designated point of arrival at the airport
    • Monitor and track your flight for peace of mind
    • Assist with the airline check in and baggage process (Please note our concierge greeters do not handle/carry bags, should you need baggage assistance, a porter will need to be added to the service)
    • Assistance through airport security checkpoints; expediting the process where possible
    • Guide you to your departure gate

  • Our Connection/ Transfers Concierge greeters will:

    • Await at your arrival gate displaying your name sign (if the arriving flight is domestic. If international, it will be at arrival halls after US immigration and customs.)
    • Monitor and track your flight for peace of mind
    • Guide you to your connecting gate to your next destination
