Service Description: 

1. One executive to assist from the curbside to the check-in counter.
2. One porter with one trolley for up to 3 bags.
3. Guidance will be provided to the passenger to clear Immigration, Customs, and Security checkpoints.
4. Assistance will be provided up to the lounge (if the passenger has access) or until the boarding gate.

This service DOES NOT include Lounge.
